Whole wheat banana wonder cake ... With chocolate chips

Ingredients Serving: 10

Whole wheat 1 cup
Butter 2 strip
Banana 3
Baking powder 1/2 tsp
Egg 4
Vanilla essence
Suger half cup
Chocolate chips
Viniger
Dried cranberry

Instructions

Separate egg yolk and egg white ..
Beat egg whites using electric beater with 1 tsp of viniger then gradually add powder suger ..
Consistency should be stiff peak
In seperate bowl put egg yolks , vanilla extract, melted butter,dried cranberry, mashed banana wisk well ..
Now seeve all dry ingredients in to banana batter and fold gently
Now fold egg whites in to the batter little by little ..
Now grease the cake try then pour the batter then sprinkle chocolate chips
Preheat oven for 150° then bake it for 40 min
Let it cool and cut it desire shape ... Its done
I Serve it as square shape ..
