Raj Kachori is a famous street food which filled with mouthwatering filling of chutney, bhallas, papris and more ingredients.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. For kachoris-1 cup maida
  2. 1/4 cup sooji
  3. A pinch of baking soda
  4. A pinch of salt
  5. oil for Deep frying
  6. Homemade Bhallas
  7. Homemade Papris
  8. green gram Sprouts
  9. Brown chickpeas, boiled
  10. potato, Boiled and Diced
  11. yogurt, Whipped
  12. Green coriander Chutney
  13. Sweet tamarind Chutney
  14. Pomegrante
  15. Sev
  16. Boondi
  17. onion, chopped
  18. Green coriander, chopped
  19. salt to taste
  20. Red Chili powder to taste
  21. Roasted cumin Powder
  22. Chaat masala


  1. Combine maida, semolina, baking soda and salt together in bowl and knead into semi soft dough. Cover and keep aside for 30 minutes to rest. Divide the dough into 12 equal parts and roll it into round disc forms.
  2. Deep fry them until golden and crisp on low flame. Keep aside to cool.
  3. Gently tap the upper layer of the kachori and fill the kachori with filling ingredients i.e. bhallas, potatoes, sprouts, chickpeas, papdi, corn, onion and yogurt and sauces.
  4. Now garnish with corn, pomegranate, onion, sev, boondi, coriander and sauces on top of the kachoris.
  5. Sprinkle salt, red chilli powder, chaat masala, black pepper and roasted cumin powder.
