Delicious Rabdi made with homemade condensed milk

Milk Rabdi

Ingredients to make Milk Rabdi

  • Full fat milk one litre
  • Condensed milk one bowl
  • cornflour one tablespoon
  • almonds; pista; cashew nuts chopped
  • sugar two tablespoons
  • Bread slices two
  • Jam red coloured

How to make Milk Rabdi

  1. Boil milk and stir continousely till it reduced to half
  2. Add cornflour dissolved in cold milk to it. Stir for 2min
  3. Add condensed milk. Add sugar. Stir constantly till it becomes thick.
  4. Add chopped nuts. Allow to cool.
  5. Cut two bread slices in heart shaped and cover them with Jam
  6. Put Rabdi in bowls and at the time of serving add bread hearts

My Tip:

Don't add bread hearts earlier. They become soggy otherwise
