About Carrot pudding Recipe

The word Pudding is come from french boudin and it is a cooked dessert which serves after main course

Carrot pudding

Ingredients to make Carrot pudding

  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 Cup Milkmaid
  • 1/2 cup carrot paste
  • 1 gram agar agar powder
  • Some carrot pieces
  • 3-4 slices of carrot
  • Some grated carrot
  • Sprinkles
  • Black grapes

How to make Carrot pudding

  1. Make fine paste of carrot
  2. Boil milk
  3. Add milkmaid and boil
  4. Stir it and add carrot paste
  5. Mix all of them and stir continuously
  6. Add agar agar powder and stir
  7. Cook 3-4 min.
  8. It becomes thick
  9. Transfer in serving plate
  10. Keep in freeze for set
  11. Garnish with carrot pieces and slices
  12. And some grated carrot
  13. black grapes and sprinkles
  14. Serve cool
