Marinate fish with ginger garlic pepper and salt for 1 hour.
Take a bowl mix cornflour egg salt and soya sauce
Make a thick batter
Heat oil for frying. Take each piece of fish dip it in batter and fry for 3 minutes at medium flame.
For gravy . Heat oil in a pan. Add garlic and green chilly. Fry until the raw smell goes.
Add onion and fry till it becomes translucent
Add all purpose flour and saute for a minute. Pour a glass of water and bring to boil
Add salt , sugar, tomato sauce, chilly sauce and soya sauce. Mix well. Add remaining vegitables and cook for 10 minutes. If the gravy is too thick pour little water.
Add fried fish and maggie masala. Stir it and cook for 2 minutes. Garnish it with coriander leaves and spring onions and serve hot with poori, naan or roti.
