Ingredients to make Potato peas dum curry

  • Boiled baby potato...500gm
  • peas...1cup
  • Chopped onion....2
  • Chopped garlic....10
  • ginger paste...1tspn
  • Chopped tomato...1
  • Green chilli paste...2tspn
  • Kashmiri red chilli powder...2tspn
  • turmeric powder...1tspn
  • salt
  • sugar...1/2teaspn
  • Garam masala...1tspn
  • coriander leaves

How to make Potato peas dum curry

  1. Boil baby potatoes & fry it in oil.Keep aside.
  2. Heat oil, add chopped onion,tomato,garlic & ginger paste.Cook it for a while & make a soft mixture of it.
  3. Add peas, green chilli paste & all spices.Mix it well.Add some water, cover it & cook it well.
  4. Add coriander leaves,garam masala & sugar.Adjust salt & gravy.Its ready now.

My Tip:

Its generally serve with hot luchi or pooris.
