Kulfi Malai provides us some respite from the scorching heat during the summer months. But how about breaking the norms of setting the kulfi on a stick or inside a 'matka' and having it by amalgamating something creamy with the frozen stuff ? I'm sure you all will just love it. So here I present "Kulfi Payodhi", with love ! Prepare this for your loved ones during Holi and have fun watching them drool !

Ingredients to make Kulfi poyodhi

  • Condensed milk - 1/2 cup
  • Heavy cream - 4 tbsp
  • Powdered sugar - 1 tbsp
  • For garnishing:-
  • Chocolate syrup - as required
  • Cherry - 1

How to make Kulfi poyodhi

  1. Heat the condensed milk in a deep pan.
  2. Combine the luke wark condensed milk and heavy cream in bowl, stirring continuously.
  3. Add the powdered sugar and mix very well together.
  4. Pour the mixture in glass and refrigerate for atleast 4 hrs.
  5. Keep in normal temparature for 5 mins before garnishing.
