Creamy paneer gravy

Ingredients to make Creamy paneer gravy

  • paneer 200 gm
  • cashew 1/2 cup
  • cream 1/2 cup
  • onion 2
  • bay leaf 1
  • Black cardamom 1
  • Green cardamom 1-2
  • White pepper powder 1/2 tsp
  • Chopped green chilli 2
  • ginger 1 inch
  • garlic cloves 6-7
  • Garam masala 1/2 tsp
  • Black pepper 1/2 tsp
  • Milk 1/2 cup
  • sugar 1/2 tsp
  • salt to taste
  • oil 1 tbsp

How to make Creamy paneer gravy

  1. Boil onion, green chilli, cashew for 5 minutes at low flame
  2. Cool and graind to smooth paste and keep aside
  3. Heat oil in a pan and add shahjeera , black and green cordamom,cloves, balck pepper and bay leaves stire it
  4. Now add ginger garlic paste and stire it
  5. Now add onion paste stire it and cook it on low flame till oil show separatly
  6. add paneer cubes and milk stire well cook for 2-3 minutes
  7. Now add cream and White pepper, salt ,sugar and garam masala powder mix it well ,cook for 5-7 minutes
  8. Creamy paneer is ready
  9. Garnish with chopped coriander
