Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 300 gm Paneer
  2. 1 cup Green peas
  3. 2 medium size Onion finely chopped
  4. 1 Tomatoe finely chopped
  5. 3 tblspn Fresh cream
  6. 1 tspn Garlic paste
  7. 1 tspn Ginger paste
  8. 1/2 tspn Red chilli powder
  9. 1 tspn Garam masala powder
  10. 1 tspn Coriander powder
  11. 1 Bayleaf
  12. 1 Black Cardamom
  13. 1 Green Cardamom
  14. 2 Cloves
  15. Salt to taste
  16. Oil


  1. Heat oil in a pan and fry the paneer. And set aside.
  2. in the same pan add bay leaf, black cardamom, green cardamom and cloves.
  3. Add chopped onion and fry till it change the colour.
  4.  Now add ginger and garlic paste and saute.
  5.  Add red chilli powder , garam masala powder and coriander powder and mix well.
  6.  Now add chopped tomatoes, salt and 1 tblspn water and cook very well.
  7.  Add paneer cube and mix gentley
  8.  In another pan cook green peas with a drop of oil and some salt.
  9.  add the grean peas in paneer mixture and mix it.
  10. Now add fresh cream mix well and cook about 2- 3 min in low flame.
  11. enjoy with chapati , rice or butter naan.
