Ingredients to make Pumpkin Curry

  • Chopped pumpkin 2 cup
  • Grated coconut 1 1/2 cup
  • Sambar powder 2 tsp
  • jaggery 1 gooseberry sized
  • tamarind 1 gooseberry sized
  • water
  • salt to taste

How to make Pumpkin Curry

  1. BOIL WATER
  2. WASH, CUT AND REMOVE THE SEEDS OF TENDER PUMPKIN, ADD CHOPPED PUMPKIN
  3. ADD GOOSEBERRY SIZED JAGGERY AND SALT TO TASTE, CLOSE AND COOK
  4. OPEN THE LID, CHECK THE COOKNESS
  5. COARSELY GRIND COCONUT, ADD SAMBAR POWDER AND GOOSEBERRY SIZED TAMARIND
  6. CONTINUE GRINDING
  7. TRANSFER INTO COOKED VEGGIES
  8. MIX WELL AND ALLOW IT TO BOIL
  9. MIX, CHECK THE SALT AND TURN OFF THE FLAME
