About Rajma Recipe

Yummy and Healthy, delicious curry to be served with some rice or roti.

Rajma

Ingredients to make Rajma

  • 2 small katori rajma soaked overnight
  • 2 onions big grinded
  • 1 tsp ginger Garlic paste
  • 1/2 tsp jeera
  • 1 tsp oil or ghee to cook
  • 5 medium sized tomatoes grinded
  • salt to taste
  • 1 tsp red chilli powder
  • 1 tsp dhaniya Powder
  • Pinch haldi
  • Pinch Garam masala
  • water

How to make Rajma

  1. Take a cooker add oil then jeera when crackle add onions and ginger garlic paste... And cook on slow gas..
  2. When onions turn brown add tomatoes and mix nicely add all sukha masala accept garam masala,
  3. Cook for 10 min as oil leaves add Rajma to the mixture and add water according to the gravy.. Close the lid of cooker and give 4 whistles and cook for 30 to 35 minutes..
  4. After it s done cook till thick gravy add pinch garam masala and serve it..

My Tip:

We can use any Rajma kashmir as well as other desi one.. This time I have used desi one
