Ingredients to make Gawar fali ki burjii

  • Gawarfali 250 gm
  • oil 2 tablespoon
  • jeera 1/2 tablespoon
  • hing 1/4 tablespoon
  • Red chili powder 1/2 tablespoon
  • haldi powder 1/2teaspoon
  • dhania powder 1 teaspoon full
  • mustard powder 1 teaspoon
  • Amchoor powder 1/2 teaspoon

How to make Gawar fali ki burjii

  1. Prep up the Gawarfali
  2. Boil gawarfali in open pan for 10 minutes till the gawarfali is par boiled - not too hard and.not too soft
  3. Tip - The Gawarfali should not turn mushy. There should be a crunch left. It should not turn very soft
  4. Now, Heat oil in a separate pan
  5. Put jeera and hing
  6. In oil put haldi and red chili
  7. Add dhania and mustard
  8. Now, Add the par boiled gawarfali and salt
  9. Cook 4 to 5 min on medium flame
  10. Mix all the masala properly. The Gawarfali is ready to be served.
