About Basic Chinese Machurian curry Recipe

A great Feast as this basic soya sauce based Manchurain with all veggies loaded ,,ideal with some baby corn,tofu and broccoli.Seasoned lightly.Make it anny time with the most basic ingredients.Red chilli powxer,cornflour or maida as available,soya sauce,some dhaniya powder and Veggies of choice.Least oily healthy.

Basic Chinese Machurian curry

Ingredients to make Basic Chinese Machurian curry

  • 1small capsicum cut long
  • 1 carrot cut julliene
  • 3-4 Baby corn slit into two
  • 2spring onion greems
  • 50 grams tofu or paneer optional
  • 1tspn garliccrush
  • 2 tblspn corn flour or maida
  • 3-4 tblspn Soya sauce
  • salt to taste
  • 1tspn cummin corriander powder
  • 1tspn red chilli powder or everest kootilal
  • 1tblspn olive or rice oil preferably

How to make Basic Chinese Machurian curry

  1. Clean chopped all veggies keep ready
  2. Now make paste /slurry of corn flour maida
  3. Take oil heat in. Pot
  4. Add the veggies to saute
  5. Remove when half done
  6. Now add a glass of water in same pot soy sauce and add corn flour sluryy
  7. Add all masala to this gravy cooker minutes
  8. Add all veggies
  9. Cook for 4-5 minutes add the tofu o paneer abd broccoli last
  10. Cook 1minute boil
  11. Your manchurian gravy is done remove serve hot with steamed rice

My Tip:

After saute keep broccoli aside to not over cook in gravy add last
