About Mixed veg poha Recipe

This is my grand mother's recipe, a very healthy and tasty breakfast for everyday.

Ingredients to make Mixed veg poha

  • poha [flattened rice] 2 cups
  • peas - 1/4 th cup
  • carrot - 1 [chopped]
  • lemon juice - 2 tbsp
  • beans - 2 tbsp [chopped]
  • capsicum - 1 tbsp [chopped]
  • cheese [2 tbsp, grated]
  • chilli powder - 1/2 tsp
  • salt
  • sprouts - 1/4 th cup
  • cumin powder - 1/2 tsp
  • butter - 2 tbsp
  • jeera - 1 tsp
  • green chilli - 2

How to make Mixed veg poha

  1. Take a pan and add 2 tsp of butter and add jeera and poha and fry them
  2. Now take another pan and add butter carrot,peas,beans,green chilli,capsicum and fry them and add cheese and let them melt and add the poha and add salt and chilli powder and cumin powder.
  3. mix well and add sprouts and raw onions
