Quick Tea time Snacks, made with semolina and veggies.

Rava vada

Ingredients to make Rava vada

  • Sooji [semolina] 1 cup
  • curd 2tsp
  • salt
  • onion - 1 [chopped]
  • capsicum [chopped] - 2 tbsp
  • coriander leaves [handful] - chopped
  • carrot [chopped] - 1 tbsp
  • oil for frying

How to make Rava vada

  1. Mix Sooji with curd Nd keep for 5min
  2. Add chopped veggies Nd salt
  3. Add green Chilli
  4. Add water gradually Nd make thick batter (vada batter consistency)
  5. Take a small portion of the batter Nd spread lightly with ur hands
  6. Heat oil in pan Nd fry them
