Ingredients to make Schezwan Cheese Dosa

  • Dosa batter
  • Processed cheese - grated
  • butter - 2 - 3 tsp (for each dosa)
  • onion- few
  • tomato- chopped few
  • Gren chilli chopped few
  • coriander leaves few
  • Schezwan chutney - 2 tsp

How to make Schezwan Cheese Dosa

  1. GET READY WITH INGREDIENTS. DOSA BATTER
  2. CHOPPED ONION, TOMATO, CORIANDER LEAVES, GREEN CHILLI
  3. BUTTER, GRATED CHEESE, SCHEZWAN CHUTNEY
  4. POUR BATTER ON DOSA KADAI, SPREAD IT THINLY AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE
  5. ADD 2 TSP OF BUTTER
  6. SPREAD IT OVER THE BATTER
  7. ADD ONION,TOMATO, GREEN CHILLI, CORIANDER LVS
  8. ADD 2 TSP OF SCHEZWAN CHUTNEY
  9. ADD GRATED CHEESE
  10. MIX IT WELL
  11. SPREAD IT EVENLY ON DOSA
  12. ADD MORE CHEESE IF REQUIRED
  13. ADD A TSP OF BUTTER AT THE END
