It is a unique recipi of cutlet made by brinjal.there are different types of cutlets,but it is made of burning brinjal

Brinjal cutlet

Ingredients to make Brinjal cutlet

  • Large size brinjal 1pcs
  • flour 6-7 table spoon
  • Bread crumb 3 table spoon
  • ginger,gerlic paste 1 teaspoon each
  • Chopped coriander leaves 1table spoon
  • Chopped onion 2 table spoon
  • Black paper powder 1/2 tea spoon
  • jeera powder 1/2 tsp
  • gorom masala powder 1/2 tsp
  • chat masala 1/2 tsp
  • Lemon juice 1tea spoon
  • salt taste wise

How to make Brinjal cutlet

  1. Make lots of small whole in brinjal
  2. Brush oil on it
  3. Burn it in medium flame
  4. Cut that brinjal into small pieces and smash it
  5. Now add all above indigents (except bread crumb),and mix very well
  6. Now add bread crumb
  7. Take small portion of this mixture and give shape of cutlet.
  8. Now coat all cutlet in flour,and deep fry
