Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 2 large raw bananas
  2. 1 cup grated cottage cheese
  3. ½ cup of amaranth flour
  4. 1 green chili finely chopped
  5. 2 tbsp fresh coriander finely chopped
  6. ½ tsp ginger paste
  7. Rock Salt to taste
  8. Crushed black pepper to taste
  9. Clarified butter(ghee) for frying


  1. Microwave the bananas with their skin on for 2 minutes
  2. Peel and grate them in bowl and add rest all the ingredients and mix well
  3. Add a some water to make it a thick batter
  4. Heat a pan and add ghee then pour the batter to make small roundels
  5. Cook well till crispy from both the sides. Serve them hot with green chutney and tea.
