Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. Cauliflower 1
  2. carrot 150 gm
  3. turnip 100 gm
  4. acidic acid 1 tspn
  5. jaggery 50 gm
  6. vinegar 50 gm
  7. Salt 1 tspn
  8. Red chilli powder 1 tspn
  9. asafoetida 1 /2 tspn
  10. ginger garlic paste 2, tspn
  11. mustard oil 50 gm


  1. chop cauliflower. carrots . turnip lengthwise. clean it and pat boil I’m salty water so that vegetables become soft
  2. drain it and pet dry over cloth keep in sunlight for 4 to 6 hrs
  3. now in a big vessel add grated jaggery. salt vinegar. red chilli powder ginger garlic paste asafoetida. oil mix well. add dry vegetables in it mix well
  4. mix mustard oil and acid . keep in a glass haar
