Ingredients to make gobhi gazar Shaljam ka achar

  • cauliflower 1
  • carrot 150 gm
  • turnip 100 gm
  • acidic acid 1 tspn
  • jaggery 50 gm
  • vinegar 50 gm
  • salt 1 tspn
  • red chilli powder 1 tspn
  • asafoetida 1 /2 tspn
  • ginger garlic paste 2, tspn
  • mustard oil 50 gm

How to make gobhi gazar Shaljam ka achar

  1. chop cauliflower. carrots . turnip lengthwise. clean it and pat boil I’m salty water so that vegetables become soft
  2. drain it and pet dry over cloth keep in sunlight for 4 to 6 hrs
  3. now in a big vessel add grated jaggery. salt vinegar. red chilli powder ginger garlic paste asafoetida. oil mix well. add dry vegetables in it mix well
  4. mix mustard oil and acid . keep in a glass haar
