Ingredients to make Four cup momos

  • maida 1 cup
  • oil 1 tablespoon
  • salt
  • Grated cabbage 1/2 cup
  • Finely chopped onion 1/4 cup
  • Grated carrot 1/4 cup
  • pepper powder 1/2 teaspoon
  • Grated ginger 1 teaspoon
  • salt

How to make Four cup momos

  1. MIX 1 CUP MAIDA SALT AND WATER TO A DOUGH
  2. ADD 1 TABLESPOON OIL
  3. KEEP ASIDE FOR 30 MINUTES
  4. MIX GRATED CABBAGE(I HAVE TAKEN VIOLET ONE) SALT AND FINELY CHOPPED ONION
  5. TRANSFER THE MIXTURE IN A MUSLIN CLOTH
  6. SQUEEZE TIGHTLY TO DRAIN ALL THE LIQUID FROM ONION AND CABBAGE
  7. IN THE MIXTURE ADD 1 TEASPOON GINGER AND 1 TEASPOON PEPPER POWDER AND MIX WELL
  8. ADD GRATED CARROT AND SOME SALT
  9. ROLL A SMALL BALL OF DOUGH
  10. KEEP THE FILLING IN THE CENTER AND FOLD IT FROM OPPOSITE SIDES
  11. SHAPE IT
  12. MAKE ALL THE MOMOS LIKE THIS
  13. READY TO GET STEAMED
  14. GREESE THE STEAMER PLATE AND PLACE ALL THE MOMOS IN IT
  15. COOK IT FOR 15 MINUTES
  16. READY TO BE SERVED
