Pomfret Fry

Ingredients to make Pomfret Fry

  • 2 pieces of pomfret
  • 2 tsp kashmiri chilli powder
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1/2 tsp pepper powder
  • 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp oil
  • oil for frying the fish

How to make Pomfret Fry

  1. Take a small bowl, add all the dry powders and blend well.
  2. Now make a well in the centre of the bowl by pusing the masala outwards and add ginger garlic paste and 2 tsp oil in centre of the bowl and mix all very well.
  3. Rub the masala on the fish pieces thoroughly and let it marinate for 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
  4. Shallow fry for 3-4 minutes each side and its done.
