take one spoon oil in kadai,add chopped onion,ginger,green chilly saute it.add diced tomatoes, shallow fry it.
Then add cashew nuts.cool it and make a smooth paste with adding char magaj. meanwhile blanch the green peas
heat oil in a pan add the onion paste.keep the gas in sim,it will take around 15 -20 mins to fry the masala,once the oil become visible from masala add green peas,fry for 2-3 mins,add salt,kasmiri mirch powder and turmeric.
fry for another 2 mins add water,and paneer.boil it for some mins.once it is done crush the kasuri methi and add. mix and boil for few seconds and then serve hot.
