About Potato green masala Recipe

THIS RECIPE OF POTATO GREEN MASALA IS A PERFECT COMBINATION OF TASTE AND HEALTH!

Potato green masala

Ingredients to make Potato green masala

  • Fried vertically cut potatoes – 200gm.
  • Fried vertically cut capsicum – 100 gm.
  • Fried vertically cut cottage cheese – 150 gm
  • ginger garlic chilli paste – 2 tbsp.
  • Boiled corn and spinach paste – 1 cup.
  • Mint coriander paste – 1/2 cup.
  • butter – 1 tbsp.
  • salt – to taste.
  • Ground black pepper – 1 tsp.
  • oil – 1 tbsp.
  • Green food colour – 1 drop.

How to make Potato green masala

  1. Heat some oil and butter in a pan and add the ginger garlic chilli paste and saute till it is golden brown.
  2. Add the corn and spinach paste, salt, ground black pepper and mix well and cook for 2 minutes.
  3. Add the mint and coriander paste and cook for 2 more minutes.
  4. Add the fried potatoes, capsicum and cottage cheese, mix well and cook it for 2 minutes.
  5. Serve it in a serving bowl and garnish with cream and thin strips of carrots.

My Tip:

For garnishing:- Cream and thin strips of carrots
