- 100 gm ginger garlic paste
- 100 gm cashunut paste
- 50 gm whole spices mix
- 3 tsp of garam masala,red chilli powder,turmeric powder
- 3 tsp of kasuri methi
- 250 gm of ghee or butter
- 1.5 cup of mix dal.
- salt to taste
- 1/2 kg Boneless chicken
- 3 tsp fresh cream
