A perfect high protein breakfast for kids to start the Day . This breakfast meets calcium and protein requirement .

Paneer Omelette ( High protein Breakfast)

Ingredients to make Paneer Omelette ( High protein Breakfast)

  • Fresh paneer small cubes 10
  • Large eggs 2
  • Boiled green peas 2 tablespoons
  • Steamed / tossed carrot dices 2 tablespoons
  • pepper powder to taste
  • salt to taste
  • Fresh cream 1 tablespoon
  • spring onions 3 tablespoons
  • olive oil 1.5 tablespoons

How to make Paneer Omelette ( High protein Breakfast)

  1. Heat a pan . Add olive oil . Toss 10 paneer small cubes for a minute . Cool . Crumble the paneer .
  2. In a bowl , take crumbled paneer , 2 large eggs , 2 tablespoons boiled green peas , 2 tablespoons
  3. steamed / tossed carrot dices . Add pepper powder . Add salt to taste .
  4. Add 1 tablespoon fresh cream .
  5. Mix and whisk the mixture to a frothy consistency.
  6. Heat a pan . Add olive oil . Pour the whisked egg mixture . Maintain a medium flame .
  7. Sprinkle spring onions . Flip the omelette and cook both the sides evenly .
  8. Paneer omelette is done . Transfer to a plate . Cut the omelette into 2.
  9. Garnish with spring onions . Serve hot .

My Tip:

Tossing paneer in olive oil for a minute makes paneer crunchy and flavourful . Gives a very rich taste . Can feel the crunchiness of paneer while relishing the omelette.
