This is a delicious protein rich paratha , that i make for my little boy.

Ingredients to make Protein parantha

  • 2 cup atta
  • 1/2 cup paneer grated
  • salt
  • pepper - 1 tsp
  • oil
  • water as needed
  • 1 cheese slice
  • 1 spoon fresh cream

How to make Protein parantha

  1. Knead a semi soft dough using wheat flour, salt and water. Let this rest for couple of minutes.
  2. Now mix the grated paneer with salt and pepper, mix well to form the stuffing. Now divide the dough into equal sized roundels.
  3. Stuff each roundel with the grated paneer , reshape them and roll the paratha. Roast it on the hot tawa, shallow fry with little oil and place a cheese slice and cream on the paratha, serve.
