Sorse kosa Mach

Ingredients to make Sorse kosa Mach

  • 500 grams
  • 4 tablespoon mustard seeds
  • 1 big onion
  • 8 cloves garlic
  • 1 inch ginger
  • 2 medium size tomatoes
  • 6 green chilies
  • 2 dry chilies
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric
  • oil
  • salt to taste

How to make Sorse kosa Mach

  1. Marinate the fish with turmeric and salt and keep it aside for half an hour
  2. Deep fry the marinated fish
  3. For the gravy Prepare the paste with mustard seeds, garlic, dry red and green chilies, onion and tomatoes
  4. In a pan put some oil , put cumin seeds and bay leaves, after the cumin crackles put the paste
  5. Keep stirring the paste till it leaves oil from the sides.
  6. Put the fried fish in the paste and mix it well cook for 5 mins .
