Lababdar jhatpat Chicken

Ingredients to make Lababdar jhatpat Chicken

  • chicken boneless or with bone 1 kg
  • ginger garlic 1 tbsp
  • Whole garam masala pwdr 1 tsp
  • oil 2 tsp
  • ghee 2 spoon
  • Dry chilli 3 nos
  • Green chilli paste1 1tsp
  • Cardmom pod 4 nos
  • cloves 6 nos
  • Bayleaf 2 nos
  • Cinnamom 1 no
  • onion 3 medium size
  • yogurt 400 gm
  • sugar half tsp
  • raisins 10 gm
  • salt to taste
  • 1 tsp vinegar
  • Fresh cream 1 spoon
  • A drop of rose water

How to make Lababdar jhatpat Chicken

  1. First marinated chicken in a bowl add with ginger garlic paste, green chilli paste & vinegar,
  2. Heat 2 tsp oil & fry the chicken for 2 to 3 mins,
  3. Grind the onion to paste & mix with yogurt
  4. Pour the mixture to the chicken & pressure cook till 2 whistle,
  5. Shut the gas & let the steam escape,
  6. Open the lid ,temper the chicken with ghee, whole garam masala pwdr,redchilli pwdr, raisin, salt& sugar.
  7. Cover the lid , after 2 mins u can add fresh cream & drop of rose water
  8. And cook another 5 mins,now its done....

My Tip:

U can skip the rose water..if u dont like
