Potato Bhaji

Ingredients to make Potato Bhaji

  • Boiled and mashed pptato-3
  • Big onion-1 chopped
  • Green chilli-1 or 2
  • curry leaves- a sprig
  • Grate,d
  • turmeric powder -1spn
  • salt-as required
  • mustard seed-1spn
  • fennel seed-1/2 spn
  • oil-1tblspn

How to make Potato Bhaji

  1. ADD 1 TBSP OIL, ADD 1/4 TSP MUSTARD SEEDS, 1/2 TSP FENNEL SEEDS, A FEW CURRY LEAVES
  2. ADD 1 SLICED ONION, SAUTE TILL TRANSLUCENT
  3. ADD 1 SLIT GREEN CHILLI, SALT, 1 TSP GRATED GINGER
  4. ADD 1/2 TSP TURMERIC POWDER, SOME WATER, MIX WELL
  5. ADD 3-4 BOILED & MASHED POTATOES, MIX & COOK FOR 2 MINS
  6. GARNISH WITH SOME CHOPPED FRESH CORIANDER & MINT LEAVES, SERVE HOT
