Ingredients to make fish curry punjabi

  • fish 1/2 kg cut into pieces
  • onians 2 small or 1 big
  • ginger garlic paste 1 tspn
  • chilli powder 1 tspn
  • turmeric powder 1 tspn
  • Garam masala Powder 1 tspn
  • bay leaf 1
  • salt to taste
  • mustard oil 8 tbsn
  • dried mango powder 1/2 tspn

How to make fish curry punjabi

  1. clean fish pieces
  2. sprinkle little bit salt and turmeric on pieces rub well keep aside for 10 minuets
  3. grind onion ginger garlic together
  4. in a nonstick pan add 2 tspn of oil
  5. shallow fry fish from both sides
  6. in a skillet add mustard oil . add bay leaf
  7. add onion paste and cook it for 5 minuets
  8. add dry spices salt and cook again for 2 minuets
  9. add fish pieces water and cover it .
  10. add dried mango powder cover and cook for 6 to 10 minuets
