Mango pickle traditional ( Hyderabadi style)

Ingredients to make Mango pickle traditional ( Hyderabadi style)

  • 5 kg mangos
  • 1/4 kg salt
  • 1 kg red chili powder
  • 1/2 kg methi seeds(shallow fri) powder
  • 1/2 kg mustard seeds (shallow fri)powder
  • 1 1/2 ltr oil( til oil)tadaka
  • 5 gms turmeric powder
  • 50 gms lol mirchi
  • 5 gms asfeoatada

How to make Mango pickle traditional ( Hyderabadi style)

  1. Take pickle mangoes clean and wipe it
  2. Peal it make slices dri up in the sunlight for 1 day
  3. Heat in a cadai pour oil add tadaka ,add asfeoatada
  4. Add red chili it's comes nice aroma keep a side
  5. Take a big mouth bowl put dried mango slices,put salt,haldi,methi seeds powder, mustard powder,chili powder
  6. Mix up all this mixture put into tadaka look like nice texture
  7. After one day it gives good taste
  8. Ready to serve mango pickle

My Tip:

While doing this pickle becare ful of water... other wise automatically destroy
