Ingredients to make aalu ke parauthe

  • wheat flour dough 200 gm
  • boiled potato 200 gm
  • one onian finally chopped
  • green chillies 3 chopped
  • coriander leaves chopped 1 tbsp
  • dried mango powder 1/2 tspn
  • red chilli powder 1/2 tspn
  • salt to taste
  • oil/ ghee for shallow fry 10 tbsp

How to make aalu ke parauthe

  1. mash potatoes
  2. mix everything except oil / ghee
  3. make small balls of dough
  4. make a grove in ball .
  5. fill sufficient potato filling
  6. close it
  7. roll it
  8. shallow fry on a griddle
