RAJASTHANI MAWA MALFUA WITH RABDI

Ingredients to make RAJASTHANI MAWA MALFUA WITH RABDI

  • Half Cup Khoya
  • 1 Cup Milk
  • Half Cup maida
  • Half Spoune elaichi Powder
  • saffron As Per Needed
  • Choppeed pistachio As Per Needed
  • 1 Cup sugar
  • 1 Cup water
  • ghee (For Dip Frying)
  • For Rabdi
  • 1) Milk 1 Big Bowl
  • 2) Suger Half Cup
  • 3) Half Cup Khoya
  • 4) Pinch of elaichi Powder
  • 5) Chopped pistachio 1 tbsp

How to make RAJASTHANI MAWA MALFUA WITH RABDI

  1. ~MAWA MALPUA~ In one Mixer Jar Mix Khoya and Milk
  2. Take one Bowl and then add Maida and Elaichi Powder in that Bowl then add Mixer then Mix it well properly for 3 to 4 min then keep it aside for 15 min
  3. In one Kadai add Suger and Water and make Chasni.
  4. In one Another Kadai Heat the Ghee in that then add Malpua Better fry it well till its color turn to light brown.
  5. Now take out Malpua from ghee then dip all Malpuas in Chasni for 1 min then take out in one plate
  6. ~RABDI~ Firstly Bowl Milk then add Khoya and Cook it for 1 min.
  7. In that add Suger and Cooked it again for 1 min then add Elaichi Powder and Pistachio mix it well and keep it for set in room tempretaure
  8. ~SERVING~
  9. In one Plate add Rabdi and Mawa Malpua then Sprinkle Pistachio Saffron and Elaichi Powder then Serve it.

My Tip:

U can Use Floar instead of Maida
