First keep rajma soaked in water overnight.
Boil them in the pressure cooker for 3-4 whistles on high flame and 10 min on low flame.
In the meantime prepare masala for rajma.
Take onions and mash them in the grinder and keep aside.
Take tomatoes and mash them in the grinder with garlic cloves ,green chillies and some adarakh.
Now take a kadai and put oil and heat.Now put jeera in it and stir .
Then add onion mash and cook till golden brown.
Add tejpata to this masala.
Then add tomato mash and cook till dark red.
Now add this masala to the boiled rajma
Cook again for 1 whistle on high. flame and slow down flame for 5 min.
Open the cooker and serve rajma on serving bowl....garnish with dania leaves and onion slices.Happy cooking!!!
