Hyderabadi Mutton Keema

Ingredients to make Hyderabadi Mutton Keema

  • Meat 600 gms
  • ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
  • Chopped onions 5
  • Chopped tomatoes 2
  • salt to taste
  • red chilly powder 2 tsp
  • Meat masala 1 tsp
  • Degi Mirch 1/2 tsp
  • Garam masala 1/2 tsp
  • Kali mirch 1/2 tsp
  • water 2 1/2 cups
  • oil

How to make Hyderabadi Mutton Keema

  1. Wash meat pieces thoroughly and keep them aside
  2. In a pan, heat some oil and add ginger garlic paste to it
  3. Next, put some onions in the same pan and keep it on medium flame
  4. When the onions become soft and transparent, add meat and cook it for 5 mins
  5. Now add tomato puree, salt, red chilli powder, meat masala and degi mirch and mix it well.
  6. Add water and keep the mutton on low flame till it become soft
  7. In the end, add garam masala and kali mirch to the curry. Let it come to boil once.
  8. Now serve it hot with naan or paranthas.
