Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 cup wholewheat Flour
  2. Salt as per need
  3. 2 tbsp fresh cream
  4. Chopped Coriander 1/2 bunch
  5. Water to knead the dough
  6. Clarified butter or Ghee


  1. In a mixing bowl take flour, salt, coriander and cream.
  2. Mix well and with the help of some water knead the dough.
  3. Take a portion of the dough say almost double the size of a lemon.
  4. Round it between your palms and roll it to a circle with the help of a rolling pin.
  5. Now take a tsp of ghee and spread it all over the surface.
  6. Fold the roti to half making a semi circle. Now start rolling it carefully from one end until the second end gets folded. Press it gently.
  7. Now roll the ball again to a little thick chapati.
  8. Put it on the skillet and roast it on both the sides with ghee.
