Ingredients to make Dry chana ki sabji

  • chana 1 cup
  • salt to taste
  • red chilly powder 1 spoon
  • turmeric powder 1/2 spoon
  • coriander powder 1/2 spoon
  • lemon juice 2 spoon
  • oil 2 spoon
  • cumin seeds 1/2 spoon

How to make Dry chana ki sabji

  1. Take a chana. Washed and soak it in water
  2. Then take a pressure cooker add oil
  3. Add cumin seeds .Then add chana .
  4. Then add all masala ,salt and lemon juice .
  5. Then take 3 whistle
  6. Serve with roti
