Garlic Parantha is very tasty and it can be served with any dish.

Garlic Parantha

Ingredients to make Garlic Parantha

  • wheat flour 2 cups
  • 1 tsp garlic crushed
  • salt to taste
  • 1/4 tsp pepper crushed
  • 1/2 tsp cumin seeds
  • 1 tsp dry mango powder
  • 1 tbsp desi ghee

How to make Garlic Parantha

  1. Take a bowl, add the atta, salt, oil, water to make a soft dough. Keep it aside.
  2. Take a separate bowl, add the ghee, salt, pepper, cumin seeds, mango powder, crushed garlic and mix it well.
  3. Take a small chapati dough, roll out each portion into a thin and round roti. Spread this garlic mixture over the roti and roll the paratha to fold it like a fan, then press it with your hands.
  4. With the help of a rolling pin, roll the paratha, apply ghee and cook it.
  5. Serve with curd and butter.
