Ingredients to make Malai Mushroom Peas Curry

  • 200 g chopped mushrooms
  • 1/2 cup peas
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 3/4 cup pureed tomatoes
  • 3-4 tbsp cream
  • 1/4 tsp crushed kasuri methi
  • 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
  • 1/4 tsp cumin seeds
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1/2 -3/4 cup water
  • 1 green chili slit
  • 1/8 tsp turmeric
  • 1 tsp red chilli powder
  • 1 tsp garam masala
  • 2 tbsp chopped coriander leaves
  • salt to taste

How to make Malai Mushroom Peas Curry

  1. ASSEMBLE THE INGREDIENTS
  2. HEAT OIL AND SPLUTTER CUMIN SEEDS
  3. ADD GREEN CHILI AND ONIONS, SAUTE UNTIL GOLDEN
  4. ADD GINGER GARLIC PASTE AND SAUTE UNTIL RAW AROMA GOES AWAY
  5. ADD TOMATO PUREE AND SPICE POWDERS. SAUTE UNTIL OIL SEPERATES
  6. ADD SALT AND MIX
  7. ADD MUSHROOMS AND PEAS. GENTLY MIX
  8. ADD WATER, BRING TO BOIL
  9. COVER AND COOK FOR 6-8 MINUTES
  10. ADD KASURI METHI AND CREAM. MIX WELL. COOK FOR 30-40 SECONDS
  11. GARNISH WITH CREAM AND CORRIANDER LEAVES. SERVE HOT
