  • Beetroot-1cup grated
  • coconut-1cup grated
  • sugar-1.5 cup
  • ghee- 3tblspn
  • Cashew, badam, raisins-1/4 cup
  • cardamom powder -1 pinch

How to make Beetroot burfi

  1. TAKE ALL YOUR INGREDIENTS
  2. IN A PAN ADD 3TBLSPN GHEE AND HEAT IT, ADD CHOPPED NUTS AND RAISINS
  3. NEXT ADD 1CUP GRATED BEETROOT AND 1CUP GRATED COCONUT AND 1PINCH SALT
  4. COOK IT FOR 5 MINS
  5. ADD 1.5 CUPS SUGAR AND MIX WELL
  6. ADD 1 OR 2 PINCH CARDAMOM POWDER,COOK IT FOR 10 MINS, MIX WELL IN BETWEEN
  7. WHEN IT LEAVES SIDES AND COME TO STICKY STAGE SWITCH OFF THE FLAME
  8. TRANSFER IT TO GHEE GREASED PLATE, CUT IT TO DESIRED SHAPE
