Golden Chicken Coins

Ingredients to make Golden Chicken Coins

  • chicken mince - 250 gm
  • Chopped plum ( dried ) - 4 teaspoon
  • coriander leaves chopped - 1 bunch
  • chilli powder - 1 teaspoon
  • turmeric powder - 1 teaspoon
  • cream - 1/2 cup
  • curd - 1/2 cup
  • Chopped onion - 2 nos
  • ginger and garlic paste - 2 teaspoon
  • Whole garam masala - 2 nos
  • fennel seeds powder - 1 teaspoon
  • cardamom powder -1 teaspoon
  • tomato sauce - 3 teaspoon
  • chicken stock - 1 cup
  • salt to taste
  • sugar - 1 teaspoon
  • oil - 4 teaspoon

How to make Golden Chicken Coins

  1. Take a bowl, add the chicken mince, salt, cardamom powder, fennel powder, coriander leaves. Mix all this well and then divide this mixture into equal portions .
  2. Take the chopped dried plums and dry fruits, mix it together and stuff it in the chicken coins .
  3. Heat oil in a pan and fry all the coins. Keep aside.
  4. Once again, heat oil in a pan, add the whole garam masala, chopped onions and ginger-garlic paste, cook till the onions turn brown.
  5. Add the curd, turmeric powder, chilli powder, tomato sauce, salt, sugar then put the lid on and cook for 5 minutes till the oil separates itself.
  6. Pour in the chicken stock and cook it for few minutes, then drop in all the coins and let it cook for another 10 minutes. After this time add the cream and chopped coriander leaves.
  7. Serve it hot with naan, parathas, chappathi, phulkas or even ghee rice.
