About Vada Pav Recipe

Vada Pav

Ingredients to make Vada Pav

  • grated boiled potato8
  • gram flour one small bowl
  • curry leaves 6
  • chopped green chilli 2
  • onion 1
  • garlic paste 1tsp
  • asafoetida a pinch
  • salt according to taste
  • turmeric powder nd black mirch powder 1/4tsp
  • oil one Tbsp
  • a pinch of baking soda
  • chat masala1/4tsp

How to make Vada Pav

  1. first add water in gram flour nd forms a thick better without any lumps
  2. in better add salt turmeric powder heeng baking soda nd red chilli powder
  3. better is ready nd keep a side
  4. then put a pan on the gas flame
  5. add oil when oil heated add garlic paste cumin heeng nd curry leaves
  6. add chopped onion nd chat masala
  7. add salt green chilli turmeric powder
  8. then add grated boiled potato mix well nd off the flame
  9. when potato bhazi becomes cool down then forms a small round balls
  10. balls dip in gram flour nd fry them
  11. aloo bonda ready to serve with pav

My Tip:

Potato balls fry two times first fry for 2minute nd second time press the ball nd fry nd forms a crispy tikki
