Mango spring roll is mine invented dish i tried to do something new experiments....and thanx its really awesome result....everyone was just woww on this recipe compliment was great...today i sharing this recipe with you all...i hope you all like and enjoy

Mango spring roll

Ingredients to make Mango spring roll

  • mango chopped 1
  • ghee 1 tbsp
  • Fresh grated coconut 1 cup
  • sugar 1/2 cup
  • Mava 2 tbsp
  • fennel seeds 1 tsp
  • almonds chopped 1 tsp
  • cashew nuts copped 1 tsp
  • Postachio chopped 1 tsp
  • cardamom powder 1/3 tsp
  • salt a pinch
  • outer covering
  • Refined flour 1 cup
  • oil 1 tbsp
  • salt a pich
  • water as required
  • oil for Deep frying

How to make Mango spring roll

  1. In a saucepan heat ghee add in grated coconut and fennel seeds roast on medium flame do not roast till darken color
  2. Now add mava mix well together and roast again
  3. Now add dry fruits , cardamom powder and sugar mix well and saute on medium flame
  4. Add chopped mango mix well and saute until mango cubes smaller size and mashed mix well together Make nice stuffing
  5. Turn off flame stuffing keep aside for cool
  6. Outer covering
  7. Take refined flour , oil , salt and as required water mix all together in bowl Make dough for spring roll do not make soft dough Keep aside for 5 min
  8. Now make small ball and roll out in circle Put 2 tbsp of stuffing
  9. Roll one edge toward in inner side covering the stuffing bring the sides to the center Dampen the left over edge and roll the seal
  10. Keep them aside with coverd other wise dry up
  11. Now heat oil until hot enough to check drop a small piece of dough in the oil if the oil is hot enough it rises in the oil without browning
  12. add the rolls in hot oil and fry evenly by stirring until golden both side Drain them in kitchen tissue
  13. Now is ready to serve mango spring roll Garnish with chopped pistachio and Kesar strands Enjoy Mango Spring Roll

My Tip:

We can make Ukadiche Modak of this stuffing Do not add any colour or essences
