Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 ripe banganapalli mango
  2. 2 green chillies chopped
  3. Large bunch curry leaves
  4. One cup curd
  5. 2 spoons rice flour
  6. 2 spoons cumin / jeera
  7. 1 spoon salt to taste
  8. 4-5 dried red chillies
  9. Pinch of turmeric
  10. Mustard seeds for tadka
  11. 2 spoons oil
  12. Pinch asoefatida
  13. 2 cups water
  14. 1 cup coconut

Instructions

  1. Take a pan and heat some oil and add mustard seeds when this splutters add Hing and turmeric powder
  2. Now add the green chillies and curry leaves
  3. Add the chopped mangoes
  4. Add water and cook well for 10 minutes and whisk the curd
  5. Take another pan add oil and when hot add shredded coconut , jeera, curry leaves
  6. Add to the boiling mango mixture
  7. Divine and delicious pulissery is ready
