Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Rajma
  2. Red Channa
  3. White Matar
  4. Green Matar
  5. White chola
  6. Lobia seeds
  7. Black whole yard
  8. Green whole moong
  9. Onion paste
  10. Ginger-garlic paste
  11. Tomato paste
  12. Whole red chilli
  13. Oil
  14. Red chilli powder
  15. Garam Masala
  16. Bay Leaf
  17. Chopped- chilli, coriander, curry leaves
  18. Cumin
  19. Butter

Instructions

  1. Boil these whole grains. Then add the oil to heat, one the oil is hot add the bay leaf, onion, ginger-garlic paste, tomato paste and red chilli powder.
  2. Stir till it's brown and add the boiled daal.
  3. Cook for 5 minutes and add the chopped chilli and coriander.
  4. In another pan, heat the butter and add the whole red chilli, cumin and curry leaves. Pour into daal, add the garam masala and butter.
  5. It is now ready to be served.
