About Gopi gulistan Recipe

This is a delicious dish made with cauliflower.

Gopi gulistan

Ingredients to make Gopi gulistan

  • cauliflower - 1 small
  • oil
  • onion - 1
  • tomato 1
  • ginger - 1/2 inch
  • curd - 1 tbsp
  • Garam masala powder 1/2 tea spoon
  • Chilly powder 1/2 tea spoon
  • turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
  • salt

How to make Gopi gulistan

  1. Blanch the cauliflower with some water and salt.
  2. Now strain the florets and deep fry them in oil. Keep aside.
  3. Grind the onion. Now in some oil, saute the tomato and the ginger, grind them into a paste.
  4. Now heat some oil in a wok.
  5. Now add the onion paste and the tomato ginger paste. saute for few minutes.
  6. Add curd and the powdered masalas along with little salt.
  7. Cook and then add the fried cauliflower florets.
  8. Add some water for the gravy, bring upto boil. Garnish with some coriander leaves and serve hot.
