Ingredients to make Pakoda kadi

  • curd 2 cup
  • gram flour 1/2 cup
  • curry leaves 2-3
  • salt 1 tbsp
  • turmeric powder 1 tbsp
  • Corriander powder 1 tbsp
  • Crushed ginger garlic 1 tbsp
  • hing 1 tsp
  • Kasuri methi 1 tsp
  • water 1l
  • Boiled potatoes 2
  • Chopped onion 1
  • oil for frying
  • 2-3 red chilli
  • 1 tsp garam masala
  • 1 tsp fennel seeds
  • 1 tsp jeera, mustard seed

How to make Pakoda kadi

  1. Mashed boiled potato,garam masala,salt ,fennel seeds n crushed roasted peanuts mix everything well n make in roll shape .
  2. Now take gram flour in Bowl n mix with water ,salt, turmeric powder,red chilli powder n we need consistency of batter like cake batter.
  3. Now deep fry in oil n keep aside.
  4. Now take a kaxhai put 1 spoon oil let it heat now add jeera,hing , mustard seed n curry leaves saute for few seconds.
  5. Now add chopped onion n saute for 2 min now add crushed ginger garlic, turmeric powder, dhania powder n garam masala.
  6. Now add curd , gramflour mixture n water let it cook for 15-20 min
  7. Now add salt n 1 cup of water n let it cook another 10 min.
  8. Now take a tadka pan put 1tbsp ghee let it hot.
  9. Now add red chilli n jeera n cook until jeera crackle n mix with Kadi .

My Tip:

U can adjust curd mixture according to Ur desire. If u want u can add little jaggery also
