My mom's world famous recipe. When we were kids wr use to take in our tiffind and our friends loved it

Chole ka Achar /Pickle

Ingredients to make Chole ka Achar /Pickle

  • Chole 250 gms
  • mustard oil 250ml
  • Raw mangoes 500 gms
  • red chilli powder 1 tablespoon
  • fennel powder 2 table spoon
  • turmeric powder 2 teaspoon
  • salt 2 tablespoon
  • kalonji 1 teaspoon

How to make Chole ka Achar /Pickle

  1. StSoak chole for full night
  2. Now put in pressure cooker and let 2 whistle blow
  3. Put it in the strainer and let all the water drain out
  4. Now put on cotton cloth for 1 hour
  5. Take a wok. Heat the oil
  6. Take a big bowl. Add all dry masale, raw grated mango, chole and cooled mustard oil
  7. Put in the jar... Chole achar is ready

My Tip:

U can store it for 10 days
