Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. Lasore 1/2 kg
  2. Mustard oil 250ml
  3. Rai 2 tablespoon
  4. Raw Mango finely chopped 1
  5. Fennel seeds 2 tablespoon
  6. Methi dana soaked in warm water 1 tablespoon
  7. Salt
  8. Heeng 1/2 teaspoon
  9. Coriander powder 1 teaspoon

Instructions

  1. Wash properly these lasore
  2. Boil these lasore for 6_7 minutes
  3. Put these lasore in strainer
  4. Take out seeds from lasore
  5. . In grinder grind Rai and fennel seeds and methi daana which was soaked under fan
  6. Take a wok, heat the oil
  7. Put grinded masala, raw mango, green chillies
  8. Put all the lasore and mix all the masale properly
  9. Slow the flame and cook for 7 minutes
  10. Tasty tangy pickle is ready
