Papdi chaat

Ingredients to make Papdi chaat

  • Plain flour 2cup
  • Moyan 1 spoon oil
  • salt 1 TSP
  • Chopped onion 1
  • Chopped tomato 1
  • Chopped cucumber 1
  • aloo bhujia 1spoon
  • Green chutney 1 spoon
  • Sweet chutney 1 spoon
  • Chat masala 1 tsp
  • oil for frying

How to make Papdi chaat

  1. Take a bowl add plain flour,salt n oil mix well now add water n make tight dough.
  2. Rest it 10min now roll like chapati n cut with cutter in round shape .
  3. Now hot the oil n fry in slow flame until it become crispy.
  4. Now take out n let it cool.
  5. Now take 1 spoon curd add cucumber, onion, tomato n salt mix well.
  6. Pour in papdi n Garnish with green n sweet chutney.
  7. Serve with aloo bhujia .

My Tip:

If u want u can make extra papdi n store in airtight container. Try to fry papdi in slow flame.
